Hand picked from premium old vine estate fruit, fermented in open vat, hand plunged & matured in french oak for 12 mths.
MOOD [Shiraz Premium]
Dark fruits, savoury spice, elegant, lingering complex Shiraz. Deep plum in colour. Will cellar well.

MAKING [Shiraz]
Handpicked, wild fermented, matured in select French oak for 12 months
MOOD [Shiraz]
Fruit driven Syrah style, light spice towards white pepper, drinking beautifully smoothly now, and will cool cellar well.

MAKING [Viognier]
Fruit was whole bunch pressed directly to barrel and wild fermented. The wine was left on lees to build texture and palate complexity.

Pale gold in colour, delicate, seductive, and luscious savoury palate.
